Our Story

Back in 2011, our founders Simon and Nick established Berkeley Croft, the UK’s first search firm working solely within the investment management market.

We identified a space in the market for a company that bridges the gap between traditional, generalist contingency financial services recruiters and global search firms.

Launching a new brand to the world of investment management, we had to learn fast. We couldn’t rely on our name to get us through the door, so we had to differentiate on the quality of our service, sourcing exceptional talent for challenging roles to demanding deadlines. Those formative years helped us develop an invaluable edge over our rivals that still shines through today.
